The Administrative team includes ESG’s Leadership, Information Technology and Human Resources teams and is the backbone of our company. The Administrative Team ensures seamless operations and care for our employees and our technical infrastructure across our global locations.

The Operations team is responsible for executing the procurement, manufacturing, configuration and logistics in support of providing our customers the highest quality products at competitive costs. Flexibility and responsiveness are key attributes of our organization and allow us to provide unmatched turnaround times to our customers.

The Product Management team includes Product and Project Managers. Product Managers analyze research, feedback and market trends to ensure ESG offers the most comprehensive product solutions in the industry. Project Managers work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to set a timeline to efficiently bring a new product to market.

The Customer Service Teams at each location are known for the world-class customer service they provide ECCO Safety Group Customers. A satisfied customer is our priority. We are dedicated to developing loyalty based partnerships, ensuring a positive buying experience that last beyond the sale.

Engineering

The Engineering team is responsible for the design of ESG’s products through mechanical, electrical and embedded systems design. Our engineers also work to ensure manufacturing standards and documentation, including installation and assembly instruction, meet ESG’s rigorous standards.

Sales & Marketing

Working alongside each other, the Sales and Marketing Departments promotes the world class products that ESG brands manufacture. Marketing works with the Sales team to ensure they have the materials needed to drive sales and represent ESG and its brands.
